When the energy is clean, something sacred arrives
I’ve been thinking about how rare it is, in the coaching and healing space, to meet someone who isn’t constantly pitching.
Someone whose presence feels spacious. Quiet. Like the field can finally breathe.
Not long ago, I worked with someone like that—an EMDR therapist and shamanic guide. She wasn’t trying to sell me anything. No funnel. No “next step.” No subtle push toward her program.
Her presence was the offering. And it was enough.
I remember sitting with her, and realizing I could breathe in a way I hadn’t in a long time. There was nothing I needed to do, prove, or prepare for. The space itself was clean. My body softened. Tears came. Not because I was broken— But because something in me recognized what it’s like to be met without agenda.
It was a breath of fresh air in a room I hadn’t realized was stifling.
This isn’t a critique of the coaching world, exactly. I know people are trying to make a living. I’ve been there too, wondering if I needed to pitch more, market louder, keep people “engaged.”
But the truth is—I’ve never wanted to do this work that way.
Everything in me wants to keep the sanctuary clean.
Because when the energy is clean, something sacred arrives. Insight comes. The field opens. And we don’t have to convince anyone of anything.
We’re all on the verge of something right now—culturally, spiritually, even psychically. And I think what many of us are longing for isn’t more offers or opportunities. It’s presence. Spaciousness. A place to breathe.
I want to honor those who are already offering that.
And I want to keep being one of them.
