Don’t worry about being perfect. Focus on being fruitful
The purpose of a tree is to be fruitful, not to grow straight like a telephone pole.
So too, the purpose of a human is not to be perfect. The purpose of human life is to be fruitful—to bring forth ideas, creations, and actions that contribute to the world in unique and meaningful ways.
Try new things. Experiment. Human beings are made to get messy—to create, build, tear down, and build again. It’s in this process of trial and error, of leaning into curiosity and passion, that we find our true potential.
Let’s all strive to be as fruitful as possible, not holding back out of fear of imperfection.
Balanced people don’t change the world. It’s the passionate, the messy, the ones who take risks and push boundaries who make a real difference. They’re the ones whose fruit nourishes the future. So don’t worry about being perfect—focus on being fruitful.
