Refining the dance: Aligning with Spirit

In doorway sessions, clients discover their unique relationship with Spirit—the specific way that Spirit wants to work with them.

Our ultimate assignment is to become Spirit’s dance partner. But to truly be that partner, we must show up as our full selves.

We have to step into the dance as equals.

Becoming Spirit’s dance partner doesn’t happen with the snap of a finger. It requires spiritual growth and an energetic shift. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients, and what shows up from the intelligent field is always the Source vibration they most need to step into their fullness. Here are the most common:

GOOD FORM
We need to develop a strong, sturdy sense of self with healthy boundaries. Good form is how we hold ourselves in the world. When we have good form, we don’t unravel when faced with unforeseen events or challenges.

For example, a client was going through a difficult divorce with a domineering husband. She needed to embody GOOD FORM during meetings with her husband and their lawyers, learning to hold herself steady and grounded in the face of conflict.

Where do you need better form?

GOOD SENSE OF SELF, CLARITY, AND DEFINITION
This is about knowing who we are and where we stand. Many women, especially those who’ve spent years focused on motherhood, often find themselves working with this energy.

Clarity and definition start with simple statements:
“I like this; I don’t like that.”
“This is okay with me; this is not okay with me.”
“I will go in this direction, not that one.”

Many clients come to me wanting to launch businesses or creative projects that reflect their truth. This requires a GOOD SENSE OF SELF, CLARITY, AND DEFINITION.

Where do you need to set a boundary or gain more clarity?

WHOLENESS
Wholeness means owning the lost or dismissed pieces of our lives.

For much of my adult life, I dismissed my mystical and visionary experiences. I was too scared to acknowledge that I was being called to work on Spirit’s behalf. Similarly, I spent years developing my creative self while neglecting the businesswoman and academic parts of me. WHOLENESS required me to reclaim these overlooked aspects of my life.

What parts of yourself or your life do you need to reclaim and embrace?

RIGHT SIZE
Many of us have been playing too small, while others may unconsciously take up too much space.

Being “too big” isn’t just about arrogance or ego. It can also happen when we take on an outsized view of what we can realistically accomplish. For example, I’ve worked with therapists and counselors who see far too many clients, stretching themselves too thin. They needed to pull back and become smaller to find balance.

On the other hand, some of us have been hiding. We need to grow into a bigger, bolder presence.

Have you been hiding? Do you need to grow? Or is it time to step back and be smaller?

Although GOOD FORM, CLARITY, DEFINITION, WHOLENESS, and RIGHT SIZE are among the most common Source vibrations, others may appear, including: LIGHTNESS, EXPANSIVENESS, STILLNESS, FREEDOM, FLOW, ROOTEDNESS, STRENGTH, DEPTH, INNER FOCUS, GENTLENESS, REST, CREATIVE FIRE, and EROTIC ENERGY.

If we want to grow, we must shift. We must allow ourselves to become different.

Many clients struggle to see themselves as equal to Spirit. And of course, when we’re hurting, we may need to curl up in the womb of the Loving Mother for a time. But the ultimate goal is not to remain a passive receiver—it’s to become a sacred co-conspirator.

Sometimes, Spirit teachers, guides, or power animals appear. But they only show up when the client is ready to meet them as an equal.

They come to meet you in your full strength… so you can meet them in theirs.

That’s when brilliance happens.
